Why would I sell directly to Harvest Group and not list with a broker?

We are flexible. Usually brokers are only interested in cash sales upon close. We are creative and realize that sometimes you have different goals and dreams. Flexibility in arrangements can even facilitate a larger overall sale price.

We pay market value. The net sale price and value of your firm is well understood. However, working with us helps avoid large commissions charged by brokers, sometimes in excess of $100k.
